US Conflict with Iran • A key Iranian military official stated the country maintains terrorist sleeper cells in the United States • Hossein Salami of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard:“We will conduct such a blow in which they (America) will be destroyed from within.” • The United States along with Germany, France, China, Britain, and Russia recently signed an agreement with Iran to halt the country’s nuclear program provided the economic sanctions against Iran are lifted • Main goal of the agreement to increase diplomatic relations with the country
