OVERVIEW Val Morgan Outdoor is a Hoyts owned company and operates under the highly successful Val Morgan cinema advertising business; who are one of the oldest media companies in Australia (est.1890). Val Morgan Cinema Network represents over 1600 cinema screens across Australia and over 350 in NZ, providing advertisers with a seamless network of screens and locations, giving complete coverage of metro, regional Australia and New Zealand. The retail side of this business (Val Morgan Retail Media) has over a 1000 digital panels operating successfully in over 250 shopping centres nationwide. With a wealth of digital expertise & investment in the words best technology supported by an intimate knowledge of the New Zealand media landscape, we have pleasure in introducing TOWERTV to the New Zealand office tower managers and owners. TOWERTVis a joint venture between Val Morgan Retail Media and OGGI Digital. OGGI Digital was until its sale in 2010 to APN Outdoor, part of OGGI Advertising Limited, one of New Zealand’s largest out of home companies and operated the largest digital network in New Zealand with 375 screens located in 85 Warehouse stores nationally.

TOWERTV FOCUS • Fully identify and determine the concessional acquisition opportunity • TOWERTV plans to secure 20 – 25 premium grade office towers supported by 40 general office towers • Focus will be corporate blue chip tenant across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch • A 250 screen network will be required • A 32”/55” slim line LCD will be proposed and will be well suited to split dynamic screen content. Key locations may included a 2 x 2 screen formats.

TOWERTV COMMERCIALS • Long term partnerships are the cornerstone of the Val Morgan business and as such they must reach and attain a mutually commercial and viable model from the beginning. • TOWERTV will pay for all hardware and installation costs. • State of the Art, Enterprise level digital signage software solution called DC Media used. • Content can be dynamically uploaded and can be scheduled using customizable meta-data. This allows for accurate distribution of content to 1 screen or all screens for greatest impact. • Sophisticated back end network management tools provide constant monitoring of the system in real time giving information on the network performance as well as numerous reporting capabilities for all advertising campaigns. • TOWERTV commercial approach will be a revenue share of net media paid 45 days after each financial quarter.
