Roles of Supervisors, DAs, Woreda Road Desk Officers in PSNP LBRC • Role of the Supervisor in LBRC: • Monitor the planning and design of road project (route selection, surveying, setting out, etc.) • Monitor quality of construction as per design (earthwork, drainage system, drainage structures, , • Prepare payment certificates and • Certify or approve payments on behalf of owner

Roles of Development Agents: • Plan road work in detail as part of CBPWDP (when to do it and how to do it: Action plan), • Plan the required manpower, • Mobilize community or manpower, • Organize work force, • Guide the actual construction work on site, and • Report the work done periodically.
