Going into the details, A teenager from Hyderabad who is a resident of the Amberpet area, a few months back download the free fire gaming app on his grandfather’s mobile phone a few months ago. Getting addicted to the game, the boy initially used to spend small amounts to play the game. He has the access to his mother’s bank account and used to spend small amounts from her account initially. But over a period of time, it is learned that the teenager spent around 36 Lakhs in the process. It is reported that he spent around 27 Lakhs of Indian rupees from his mother’s account, while another Rs 9 Lakh from his grandfather’s account. The teenager’s mother approached the Hyderabad cybercrime and raised a complaint. “We are writing to the company informing about the complaint made by the family and will see what can be done in the case,” said an official of Hyderabad Cybercrime.
