  1. Eca Code Of Ethics 1.Abstract The ECA Code of Ethics recognises the traditional lifestyles and parenting practises of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This Code cannot and will not resolve the complicated problems that early childhood educators deal with on a daily basis. The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' traditional ways of life and parenting are acknowledged in the ECA Code of Ethics. The intricate issues that early childhood educators deal with on a daily basis cannot and will not be solved by this Code. The early childhood sector has enthusiastically and warmly embraced the Code of Ethics for more than 20 years. The principles of the Code continue to serve as a benchmark for how we need to conduct ourselves among children, families, coworkers, and the public. They are tenacious and an inspiration. For more than 20 years, the early childhood industry has enthusiastically and warmly accepted the Code of Ethics. The ideas of the Code remain a guide for how we should act among kids, families, employees, and the general public. They are resilient and a source of inspiration. 2.Goals of Code of Ethics The code of ethics should serve as a benchmark for conduct in the workplace and a guide for both individual and group decision-making. The code of ethics should act as a standard for workplace behaviour and a roadmap for both individual and collective decision-making. The welfare and safety of families and children must come first. Families and children's welfare and safety should come first. To make moral norms more widely known. to increase moral awareness among the general population. To spread awareness of moral standards. to raise moral consciousness among the general public. defining the main principles, points of view, and instructional techniques used in early childhood education. describing the fundamental tenets, viewpoints, and teaching strategies employed in early childhood education. raising the standing of those who care for young children. encourages setting professional goals. elevating the status of people who look after young kids. promotes setting professional objectives. ensuring excellent assistance and focus. ensuring optimum support and concentration. ensuring optimum support and concentration. assuring maximum focus and assistance. 3. Code of Ethics as a Proffessional My work is supported by current concepts, research, subject-matter expertise, excellent early childhood practises, and my experience with the children and families I deal with. Current theories, research, subject-matter knowledge, outstanding early childhood practises, and my interactions with the kids and families I work with all support the work I do.Make contacts with other professionals so that you can work together. Make choices that will advance the goals and reputation of my profession. Maintain my professional role's restrictions and refrain from exaggerating my abilities. Keep my actions within the bounds of my professional role and avoid boasting about my prowess.specialists in the field of early childcare as well as students. both
