  1. Iditarod GameThe Race to Nome Game Instructions: 1. Select your musher playing piece and place it on the starting line in Anchorage. 2. Roll the single die and move your musher the number of spaces you roll. 3. Follow the directions on the space you landed. 4. If you land on a space with a question mark, the player to your left picks up a card and reads the question. If you get the answer correct, move ahead one space. If you are not correct, stay where you are until your next turn. 5. For the last sprint you must roll the exact number of spaces needed to mush under the burled arch. 6. The first musher to reach Nome wins! 7. However, remember that the race is not over until the last musher reaches Nome for the Red Lantern Award! Adapted by: Lara Moore

To make a large game board, print them as slides, trim the extra paper, and arrange them on a piece of poster board in two rows. Printing slides #1 and 2 as handouts (2 per page) will make them the proper size to cut and glue to the top of the board. The cards can be printed on Avery business cards (#5371). Title ?
