´Screenagers´ Teens in todays´ world are dependent on technology - smartphones, internet, social networks, television, games consoles are indispensable because they are easy to use and give teenagers instant responses and solutions. On the other hand, sitting most of the time in front of a screen might cause health problems - migraine, worsened eyesight, backache, flaccid muscles, constipation or eating disorders.
Sleeping habits What time do you go to bed and get up on workdays/ at the weekend? Do you use sleeping pills? Do you hate mornings? Are you always tired in the morning? Are you late for school? Do you manage to get to school on time? What time should the lessons start? Do you fall asleep in class? Is it difficult to pay attention and stay awake?

Do sit-ups or press- ups during commercial breaks on TV. Join a sports team.
