Hygiene • Hygiene is the study and observance of health rules. • Hygiene refers to the set of practices associated with the preservation of health and healthy living.
Hygiene • Hygiene is an old concept related to medicine, as well as to personal and professional care practices related to most aspects of living. • In medicine and in home (domestic) and everyday life settings, hygiene practices are employed as preventative measures to reduce the incidence and spreading of disease.
Personal Hygiene • Personal Hygiene is defined as “The branch of health which is concerned with the individual΄s adjustment to the physiological needs of the body and mind for the attainment of the maximum level of health”.

Heritage • Heritage is an innate factor. • It is what a person, actually is even before birth.
Environment • Environment is what an individual has, e.g Relations Friends Housing Food
