Meet all agreed or legally required standards for consumer health and safety, including health warnings and product safety and information labels. 2. Provide accurate and clear information regarding their content, safe use, maintenance, storage, and disposal sufficient to enable consumers to make informed decisions. 3. Provide transparent and effective procedures that address consumercomplaints and contribute to fair and timely resolution of consumerdisputes without undue cost or burden. 4. Not make representations or omissions, nor engage in any other practices,that are deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, or unfair. 5. Respect consumer privacy and provide protection for personal data. 6. Co-operate fully and in a transparent manner with public authorities in theprevention or removal of serious threats to public health and safety deriving from the consumption or use of their products.
