What’s the connection? • Significant negative correlation between EI and personal accomplishment (Nastasa and Farcas 2015) • EI coaching had no observable benefit on job satisfaction during organizational change (Seymour, et.al. 2017) • Statement calling for the inclusion of EI curricula in Pharmacy education to promote CAPE outcomes (Nelson, et.al. 2015)
