Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities Functional Consultant Responsibilities Include: • Assisting in the preparation for all fit/gap sessions. • Assisting in data preparation & clean-up steps prior to the start of the upgrade. • Leading all fit/gap sessions. • Assisting with the completion of all fit/gap documentation. • Defining all report & interface requirements. • Assisting with the completion of all test plans & test scripts. • Assisting with the system and acceptance tests. • Resolving all system & acceptance test issues. • Assisting with the completion of all end-user training materials. • Assisting with the delivery of end-user training. • Defining security requirements. • Completing system configuration. • Providing post-implementation support.
Roles & Responsibilities Application Leads: Responsible for AP, PO, GL, CDIP functional tasks Responsibilities Include: • Participating in the appropriate fit/gap session(s) including the integration session. • Approving the appropriate test scripts for the system and acceptance tests. • Participating in the system and acceptance tests. • Retesting errors that occur during the test cycles. • Validating the operational training materials. • Conducting operational training. • Becoming proficient with version 8.4 by the start of the system test. • Completing upgrade reconciliation efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities CDIP Application Lead: Must have the following skills Skill-set: • Detailed knowledge of FIRMS reporting requirements. • Knowledge of NACUBO rules and regulations. • Legal Edit knowledge. • GAAP knowledge. • Understanding of CO ChartField definitions, values and associated attributes.
Roles & Responsibilities Technical Lead / Consultant Responsibilities Include: • Coordinating the receipt of new 8.4 baseline instances. • Completing 3 test upgrades plus the production upgrade to version 8.4. • Completing development of all required 8.4 reports and interfaces. • Implementing all security requirements. • Debugging technical issues that arise during the test cycles. • Providing technical training as needed. • Resolving all test issues. • Coordinating the cutover to production.
