  2. Begin at the Hubbard Portal Page… Sign-in Link

  3. Navigate to the sign-in page

  4. Select your name from the drop-down list Drop-down list

  5. Click the sign-in button

  6. Confirmation page Your name will appear here You can then easily go to one of 3 main web pages: Hubbard Portal – Hubbard Homepage - TEAMS

  7. It’s that simple … and you can stop here! • Or you can continue to look at a few “reminder” options.

  8. Option #1 Open browser in smaller window Click the middle button to resize

  9. Option #1 Navigate to the Sign-In page

  10. Option #1 CLICK and DRAG URL icon to the desktop

  11. Option #1 Open START, PROGRAMS and STARTUP Startup Start Programs

  12. Option #1 RIGHT click STARTUP and choose EXPLORE Startup

  13. Option #1 RIGHT click and COPY the Sign-In icon Pop-up menu

  14. Option #1 RIGHT click and PASTE into STARTUP Startup Explore Window Pop up menu

  15. Option #1 Whenever you reboot your computer,the sign-in page will automatically come up! Close the Startup Explore window

  16. Option # 2 Probably less desirable, but another option…

  17. Option # 2 Click TOOLS and INTERNET OPTIONS Tools Internet Options

  18. Option # 2 And use current page as your HOMEPAGE Use current page

  19. Option # 3 Or…Create a reminder in Outlook Calendar New Appointment

  20. Option # 3 Set new appointment to occur every weekday Set reminder time Daily Every Weekday

  21. Option # 4 Or… the old-fashion sticky note still works well!
