  3. Dialogue Pg. 16 Manager : Welcome to Apple Bees. How many in your party? Customer: A table for three, please. Manager: Okay, and is that smoking or non-smoking? Customer: Non-smoking, please. Manager: Okay, right this way, please. Your waitress will be right with you. Here’s your menu. Waitress: Hello there, I’m Minah and I’ll be your waitress for this evening. Are you ready to order? Customer: I’m a first-timer here. What would you recommend? Waitress: Well, today’s special is Roasted chicken and ribs. Customer: Ok, we will get two orders of that and a calamari for an appetizer.
