Using new innovative types of packaging. Upon meeting project capacity in 2017: • Aggregate volume of production will be 698 thousand tons of finished goods per year; • Project revenue will be 16 billion rubles per year, excluding VAT; • As a result of project implementation, 284 new jobs are planned to be created. PROJECT CONFORMITY WITH NATIONAL PRIORITIES OF DEVELOPMENT Conformity with development priorities of the Russian Federation Conformity with development priorities of PFD and subject of the Russian Federation Names of documents the project corresponds to: 1. Social and Economic Strategy of Development of Privolzhsky Federal District for the period up to 2020 (approved by the Russian Federation Government Order from February 7, 2011, N 165-r); 2. Ordinance by Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan № 235 from April 8, 2013 “On Approval of State Program «Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Market of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Products for the years 2013 - 2020 in the Republic of Tatarstan”; 3. The project was included into Investment Memorandum of the Republic of Tatarstan for the years 2012, 2013, 2014; 4. The project was included into the List of Investment Projects of Particular Significance of Privolzhsky Federal District (Order issued by assigned representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Privolzhsky Federal District dated from November 11, No.А53-56r). 1. State Program for Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Market of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Products for the years 2008-2012 (approved by the Russian Federation Government Ordinance N 446 from July 14, 2007); 2. State Program for Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Market of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Products for the years 2013-2020. (approved by the Russian Federation Government Ordinance N 717 from July 14, 2012); 3. Strategy for Development of Food and Processing Industry in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020 (approved by the Russian Federation Order N 559-r from April 17, 2012).   8. PROJECT CONFORMITY WITH NATIONAL PRIORITIES OF DEVELOPMENT Russia holds 1.4% share of world production of colza oil. According to the program, government is planning to increase the production of colza seeds up to 1,545 million tons, thus enhancing the share of domestic production to reach the amount of 6 - 7% of world production and allowing for the country to join top five world manufacturers in the nearest 5 -10 years.   9. PROJECT CONFORMITY WITH NATIONAL PRIORITIES OF DEVELOPMENT Colza can be cultivated almost in every part of the Russian Federation, unlike, for example, sunflower. The most favorable climatic conditions for colza cultivation can be found in the midland of Russia, including most part of the territory of PFD. -Perspective sowing of colza It should be noted that one half of the gross colza harvest in Russia is provided by only 6 regions, among which are Stavropol Krai, the Republic of Tatarstan, Lipetsk Oblast. Orlov Oblast, Kaliningrad Oblast and Krasnodar Krai. Furthermore, the cultivation of colza is most developed in Stavropol Krai, where, in 2011, over 16.5% of total annual volume of cultivated crop in Russia was harvested.
