Make stable cell line with miR expression and reporter assay Using miR mimics and negative control and reporter assay Functional aspects of miR203 and miR30b in vitro: Using stable cell lines or miR mimics following assays will be done (cell viability, migration and cell cycle analysis) Functional aspects of miR203 and miR30b in vivo: Xenograft model using nude mice
