Project Timeline • February, 2009 • Initial planning meetings were held in Clark County. • March, 2009 • A draft project timeline was prepared and reviewed. • April, 2009 • A standing planning meeting schedule was prepared and planning team membership was determined. • May, 2009 • A letter to WEMA Board Members was submitted to solicit support for the project as a statewide exercise. • September, 2009 • A Homeland Security Grant was prepared to seek funding for the project. Regional Fiscal agents would be needed.The Workshop agenda was drafted and potential guest speakers were contacted.

Project Timeline • October, 2009 • The Homeland Security Grant Announcement was released and the Workshop Incident Action Plan documents were drafted for the selected functions (fuel supply, community-based residential facilities and special needs independent populations). • November, 2009 • The exercise schedule was developed and exercise planning team formed. Counties were polled for anticipated workshop and exercise participation. • December, 2009 • Dates for Workshops were determined. Workshop documents finalized. • January, 2010 • Registration for Workshops begun and exercise design drafted.
