As an HR Head at Hallmark Industries, was the trusted one-point contact for its overseas buyers on Human Rights. As a Project Manager at Ibhar Software was instrumental to bring the company to CMM Level 5 standards. His rich blend of career experience also includes a stint with Indian Armed Forces as a Major where he had witnessed operations at close quarters as well as been an instructor to other trainees. His polished modulated speaking skills and rich content have paved his way as a reputed speaker. He is known for his engaging, high-energy style, sense of humour, and ability to make learning fun and easy.
