  2. What group is it in? • The red foxes are in the MAMMAL family! • When it’s a mammal it means that they give milk to their young's.

  3. What they look like! • Red Foxes are a red-orange and brown. • They have bushy tails. • Most red foxes have white paws and the tip of its tail is white to!

  4. Interesting Facts • A male fox is called a dog and a female fox is called a vixen! • And don’t forget the baby fox . It is called many different things cubs, pups, puppies, last but not least baby fox.

  5. Shelter • Foxes live in dens, under ground, in caves, and in hollow trees. • Red foxes eat chickens, mice, rabbits, and other small rodents.
