  2. Some Tips: • You cannot have a I without a II. • You cannot have an A without a B • You cannot have a 1 without a 2. • For your outline, you are breaking your topic down into sections or parts. You’re still just writing one paper, but the one paper will cover different aspects or parts of your topic!
