  4. How do I grab our local reps’ attention before they start checking their phones? Incorporate social media before and after speeches How to engage someone who has “bigger fish to fry”

  9. Take 2: • Make state-of-art semiconductors that save time and lives. For example, our technology allows • traffic lights last 20 times longer • easier to detect anthrax or other terrorist agents
