Region IV Unified Planning • Developed an Interstate Resource Coordinating Team (IRCT) • To Assist Impacted States in Planning for, Responding To and Recovering From Catastrophic Events • To Identify and Facilitate the Utilization of Federal, State, and Private Resources • To Assist Potentially Impacted State(s) in Forecasting Impact Areas, Identify the Infrastructure Impacts, and Plan for Mitigation of Those Impacts.
