Non-Evaluative Classroom Observation Tool • Form is online and mirrors the NEE classroom observation form • Who would use it? • Academic Leadership Team • Principals observing other schools • Coordinators/Content Leaders • Department Chairs • Instructional Coaches • Director of Elem/Sec Ed • Principals would not use it to observe teachers in their bldg since they are only using NEE • Has the option to send the completed form to 2 email addresses • Includes the two district NEE standards (1.2 & 7.4) and the 1st and 2nd year NEE teacher standard (5.2) • Includes each bldg-selected NEE standard with a list by building
