  6. Nomenclature+Generalization E.g.: - key place-names, - key subject fields of politics, economy and culture of the host country/-ies, - generalized traits of mother tongues

  7. Gap-bridging The something that is really new, culturally challenging, provocative, extravagant E.g.: - Tricky manifestations of professional cultures • Behavioral strategies • Communicative implications

  8. International Mobility Competencies: • specific aspects of language competency • specific aspects of cultural competency • specific aspects of communicative strategic competency

Results of SWOT-analysis: Needs - in-depth training in international professional ethics, etiquette, AM terminology, partner expectations, etc.; • Role-play based training that would reproduce typical AM situations (e.g.: student-teacher, student-student, student-host programme coordinator, AM programme interviews, etc.); • Cross-cultural training (dailies)
