  2. Housing LIN update Funding news: • Ministerial Statement: LHA cap update. Consultation on implementation of the new funding for supported housing. Held London workshop last month. Housing LIN – we need your help • Work for NHF on DTOC: Do you have examples of transformative health, care and/or support services that demonstrate greater cost effectiveness, reduce demand, improve quality, deliver better outcomes, showcase innovative new models of care at home or housing development etc for inclusion in our report? If so, please email info@housinglin.org.uk. • Work for LGA on recent Housing Commission report. Looking to highlight 7 councils that have exemplar housing and ageing strategies.

  5. Housing LIN update • Housing for Older People awards. Entries now open for EAC awards. Deadline for submitting entries is 28 February 2017. Online voting at awards.eac.org.uk. Ceremony - Edgbaston Cricket Ground • Housing LIN annual conference date set – 24 March 2017. Bookings go live shortly on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis

Other Housing LIN activities • Launch of ‘Design for Downsizers’, the final report from the University of Sheffield School of Architecture • Chaired ADASS and Tunstall on housing and technology enabled care seminar in York. Housing LIN consultancy Underpinning your learning and improvement • Developed new service webpages setting our consultancy, training and wider fee paying services to supplement our free online and regional Housing LIN networking activities.
