  4. What we do…. We provide specialist, practical and interactive training on disability awareness and the skills to support disabled people. We do this through.. Supporting Testing Training Highlighting The Smart Enterprise

  5. Our Team…. • Aspergers / Autism • Down Syndrome • Visual Impairment • Hearing Impairment • ‘Learning Disability’ • No other paid work

  6. What effect does our training have? “I cannot stress enough the value of having people with learning disabilities and/or autism directly involved in the training delivery.
