IFAE/Barcelona Group and 3D Pixels • Collaborate with Genova (single Chip PCB, • FE-I3, ~100PCBs Genova/IFAE/SLAC) • Participated in May 3D testbeam • Will participate en Oct/Nov 3D testbeams • Two electronic engineers dedicated to pixels • Isaac Troyano will help with Oct TB INFN Genova/IFAE Barcelona • Plan to work on bump-bonding FE-I4 and 3D • Future testbeams Sept 25 - 3D General Meeting
