  2. Introduction Red Panda! Is it a panda or not? Come find interesting facts about the amazing red pandas life and more!

  3. Classification It is so cool that it has all sorts of colors and not just one! Can you believe it looks like a raccoon? It has reddish brown fur that looks a lot like rust. It is 42 inches long including it’s tail! There are rust- red stripes under the eyes and a little on the body. It has long shaggy fur that is like a teddy bear.

  4. Food Aren't you amazed that it eats more than just bamboo! It also eats small mammals. A red panda eats birds also! It eats bird eggs. YUCK! Last but not least, it eats bamboo!

  5. Habitat Wow, it is odd that it lives on tree tops that are wet in bamboo forests in China! They live in mountainous areas, too.

  6. Adaptation I thought the adaptations would be really cool, but they are super cool! The first adaptation is they live in tree holes. The red pandas also move vary fast. In cold weather they rest there bodies tightly. In warm weather they stretch out on a branch.

  7. Conclusion What do you know, it is a panda but has the markings of a raccoon. That’s cool! I hope someday I will see one in the wild.
