19. By 2001, Windermere had expanded to over 180 offices in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. That year, continued growth was found in California, Nevada, Montana and Arizona.

20. In 2002 and 2003 the California and Arizona markets exploded. In 2004 Windermere expanded into the Las Vegas area, Wyoming and in 2005 into Utah.
