This program aims to create a comprehensive professional development system for adult education teachers in Colorado, utilizing self-assessment tools and PD resources. Participants can access the web-based self-assessment to identify their needs and interests, generate reports for planning, and earn PD points through various activities. The PD Point System incentivizes active participation, with individual and program targets outlined for recognition and renewal. Collaborative efforts, trainings, and courses contribute to ongoing professional growth. Teacher progress is tracked through a point-based system, encouraging continuous development. Feedback and reports aid in creating personalized development action plans for teachers each year. Access to resources and trainings is available year-round to meet PD targets. Join this initiative to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the advancement of adult education in Colorado.
