  3. 1.Avoid three flawed plans • 1.根據你的想法描述來組織你的報告。 • 2.用資料來源來拼湊出報告。 • 3.直接用你的口語表達來架構你的報告。

  5. 3.State your point 1.在導言的最後或快到結尾前提出 2. 只在結尾(conclusion)提出 • 在導言的最後提出自己的觀點,讀者能夠自行決定是否繼續閱讀。 • 在快到結尾前提出,讀者必須按部就班地去了解整篇文章。 • 若只在結尾提出觀點,必須在整篇文章中投入一些帶有關鍵字的句子。

  6. 4. Plan the body of your report • 1. 概述背景與定義項目時,盡量簡潔有力。 • 2. 在報告中每一個重要部分創造一個篇幅。 • 3. 訂定一個合適的順序 1.Part-by-part 2.Chronological 3.Short to long, simple to complex 4. More familiar to less familiar 5. Less contestable to more contestable 6.More important to less important 7.Earlier understanding to prepare for later 8.General analysis followed by specific application
