Our philosophy of consulting and coaching is that the primary role of a consultant or a coach is that of a facilitator. Input is given as a means of helping the client arrive at a clearer decision. Our consulting method relies on data and objective measurements and is founded on using psychological principles to address organizational weak points. Some of the areas that are of particular concern in healthcare are job satisfaction and burnout. A company would benefit greatly if they invested in creating a culture that promotes job satisfaction.
