  1. 康展2012年OQA PPM 說明 1. 問題: P1pin 損壞 =========>責任人：周永秋(MFG) 原因:單體沒擺放好,造成線材HOUSING在流水線的邊緣壓傷. 改善:教導作業人搕放單體時必須把單體擺放在流水線中間.避免線材HOUSING在流水線的邊緣壓傷. 2. 問題: P1黑色線材下陷====>責任人：楊宜志(VQA) 原因:直達廠商未组装到位造成的自然脱出. 改善:2.直达廠商内部组装工位，回拉動作纳入IPQC CHECK LIST中，要求2小时巡回一次，FQC全检时，需要按5%进行回拉动作. 3. 問題: P8變形===========> 責任人：周永秋(MFG) 原因:B/I人員在下機時未將線材放在臺車檔板內. 改善:晨訓宣導B/I人員下機時必須將線材放在臺車檔板內.以免線材壓傷 4. 問題: P1Pin破損=========>責任人:周永秋(MFG) 原因:B/I插介面卡人員未將HOSING垂直插入介面卡上,造成housing破損. 改善 1.教導B/I插介面卡人員在插之前檢查介面卡PIN有無變形,變曲有不良.翼物及時進挑選出來,針對線材在插PIN難插時不可以再使用
