Protokoll OVAR-9 RANDOMISATION Gemcitabine 800 mg/m² d1+8 iv Paclitaxel 175 mg/m² 3 h iv Carboplatin AUC 5 iv • Strata: • FIGO/Tu-rest • FIGO I - II A • FIGO II B- III • + Tu-rest < 1 cm • FIGO IV or • Tu-rest > 1 cm • Operation • Intervall-OP geplant j/n • Zentrum q 21 x 6 Paclitaxel 175 mg/m² 3 h iv Carboplatin AUC 5 iv q 21 x 6

OVAR-9: Einschlußkriterien • Ovarial-, Tuben-, Peritoneal-Karzinom FIGO I-IV •  18 Jahre • Allgemeinzustand ECOG 0-2 / Karnofsky-I. > 60% • WBC (Leucos)  3.0 x 109/l, ANC  1.5 x 109/l • Thrombos  100 x 109/l, Hb > 6 mmol/l (>10,0 mg/dl) • Bilirubin  2 x oberer Normgrenze • geschätzte GFR  60 ml/min (Jeliffe or Cockroft) • Intervall zur Primär-OP < 6 Wochen • Einverständniserklärung

  4. OVAR-9: Ausschlusskriterien • Vorangegangene Chemo- oder Radiotherapie • anderes Ca vor < 5 Jahren (außer Basaliom, CIN III) • Ileus • symptomatische Hirnmetastasen • Anfallsleiden o.a. ZNS Erkrankungen • präexistente Neuropathie > NCI/CTC grade 1 • Herzinsuffizienz (NYHA > 2) • Rhythmusstörungen (LOWN > II) • Herzinfarkt vor < 6 Monaten • Schwere Infektion • Schwangerschaft, Stillen, keine Antikonzeption bei fertilen Pat. • simultane Administration anderer anti-Tumor-Medikamente • (Chemo- oder endokrine Therapie) oder Radiatio
