  4. Do Now #3 • Stephen Colbert has a bit about how advertising targets certain ages. He uses a bizarre example about Hello Kitty wine and how it is ridiculous to have a “kid” icon on a bottle of wine. • What advertisements did you see as a child that influenced you to buy something? Use punctuation patterns 5, 9, and 11a

  5. Include Punctuation Patterns 4a, 10, and 11b in your answer.

  6. For Island Do Now • Rewrite three of your sentences using Punctuation Patterns 3, 6, and 11.

  7. What makes you come alive? • Use Punctuation Patterns 2, 3, 9, and 10. Make sure you underline and label them.
