    • Intrinsic- internal force that moves us forward (usually more challenging to explain, no absolute)
    • Extrinsic- external force or influence that moves us forward (normally singular and absolute)
  • Successful Intelligence? (Theory & Concept)
    • Our potential and ability to develop our analytical, creative and practical THINKING!!
    • NOT IQ or fixed intelligence… Mind Set!
  • Emotional Intelligence? (EI)
    • Ability to understand “one’s own and others’ emotions and the ability to use this information as a guide to thinking and behavior.”
