  3. Patologis • Peradanganakutdiseluruhbagianhati dg nekrosisselhatidisertai dg infiltrasi sel2 leukosit & histiosit • Nekrosislebihluas -- hepatitis akutfulminant • Nekrosisluas + kronis - hepatitis kronis

Gejalaklinis Hepatitis akut • Inkubasi 40 – 180 hr • Faseprodromal :anoreksia, mual, muntah, nyerisendi, nyerikepala, demam • Faseikterik : perubwarna urine, keluhanberkurang, pembesaranhati & nyeritekan Lab : kenaikanbilirubin, enzymaminotransferase • Fasepenyembuhan : enzymaminotransferasemenurun,

  5. .........lanjutangejalaklinis Hepatitis virus kronik/ persisten • Faseakut : keluhanringan/ tidakjelas, kenaikanenzymaminotransferasesgttinggi, bilirubinkadang normal • Fasekronis : keluhanberkurang, enzymaminotransferasemshtinggi Dapatsembuh, sebagiankecilmenjadisirosishati, hepatomaataupunmeninggal • faseasimtomatik : gejalaklinikmaupunkelainanbiokimiawimenghilang • HBsAgnegatif, anti HBs menjadipositif

  6. Penularan • Dr ibu pengidap kepada bayi yg dikandungnya • Penggunaan alat suntik, alat tatto, tusuk jarum, transfusi yg tercemar • pisau cukur, sikat gigi yg tercemar • Dari pengidap maupun carier

  7. Pengobatan • Anti virus • Diet • Istirahat

  8. Pencegahan • Cegahpenularanparenteral • Gaya hidupsehat • Menggunakan pisau cukur & alat mandi pribadi • Bekerja secara safety • Perilaku seksual yang aman • Immunisasi
