  2. Schedule • Joint meeting with AEEC DLK Systems SC • Tues – Position Paper resolution, MOPS • Wed – MASPS / A631 • Thurs – A841 Media Independent ACARS Messaging (MIAM)

MASPS Status • Draft DO-224C • Updated for A631-6 • Requesting Plenary approval for Jan review of draft for FRAC release • A subsequent MASPS version will coordinate with proposed A631-7 (assuming PMC approval) • Clarifications based on validation and certification testing • Eurocontrol/SITA validation • ARINC AQP test development • Early Link2000+ operations • Improved efficiencies of operation • Broadcast SNDCF proposal under discussion

MASPS Outstanding Issues for post Rev C • FSL usage • Handoff clarifications • Continuing clarifications for GRAIHO operation • Handling of Expedited SN Establishment during GRAIHO • HO Interactions • Need for GIHO operation clarifications • Make AVLC Specific Options mandatory • Missing mandatory parameters • Frequency Recovery clarifications • GRAIHO capability bit • Broadcast SNDCF • Need to justify need for ATN capability • Requires coordination with ICAO ACP WG-M for ATN

MOPS Status • Draft DO281B • Test drafting • Most tests for new requirements drafted • Updated for Version F of DO-160 (Environmental) • Revised Frequency Recovery, FSL, GIHO and GRAIHO tests proposed • Editorial updates • Open Items • Clean up MASPS references/traces • Review EUROCONTROL test cases • Verify no untested requirements
