New OR to send the ON/OFF Messages adequaly independently of the transfer • CPDLC Enabling Conditions : Receipt of DM99 + Satisfaction of Local Conditions • DM89 Monitoring : Removed from the document • Receipt of Emergency Message when CPDLC is OFF : Local decision to designate who has to be notified (e.g. supervisor) • When the aircraft is still in En-route/Approach, the Taxi Route Information can not be requested (No DSC) : Need Ground-Ground Coordination to allow the C-ATSU to provide the requested information • D-ATXI Consolidation : Sub-services, Messages, & Variables (See Position Paper from Christian) • OPS Timer (ttr notably) : see Plenary#6 discussion • New CPDLC Messages
