  3. I. RE-Tools • The following tool is capable of diagramming and representing BPMN + SIGs + the custom pattern symbols as discussed in the previous tutorials. It has been presented at the Requirements Engineering Conference in 2012 (RE ’12) and in the Conference of Advanced Information Systems Engineering in 2013 (CAiSE ’13).   6. III. StarUML • StarUML is an open source project to develop fast, flexible, extensible, featureful, and freely-available UML/MDA platform running on Win32 platform. The goal of the StarUML project is to build a software modeling tool and also platform that is a compelling replacement of commercial UML tools. StarUML • Exercise: Create a software component diagram for a retail store business process (the sale and the storage of items) using StarUML • Final Exercise: Show your entire retail store business process (including software components) in one diagram using any of the tools mentioned in this tutorial
