Sihtgrupp: 2. klass Esitlus on koostatud Miksikese õppekava 2. klassi 5. tsükli "Köögiteadus" avateema "Ained köögis" õpetamise jaoks. Esimeses tunnis vaadeldakse, mis toimub köögis. Köök on paik, kus pidevalt midagi toimub, kus ühest asjast tehakse teine saades tulemusena midagi head ja suupärast. Kuidas see toimub, milliseid aineid selleks kasutatakse ning millised muutused ainetes toimuvad, seda saadakse teada edaspidi tsükli vältel

  2. KÖÖGITEADUS ON ÜKS PEEN TEADUS. KÖÖGIS TOIMUB ALATI MIDAGI HUVITAVAT. KÖÖGIS ON KA PALJU HUVITAVAID ASJU. KAS TEAD: MILLE POOLEST KÕIK ASJAD MAAILMAS SARNANEVAD?

  3. Selle poolest, et : KÕIK ASJAD KOOSNEVAD AINETEST. Köögis võib leida nii tahkeid, vedelaid kui gaasilisi aineid.Kõiki neid aineid võib omaduste järgi ära tunda.

  4. TAHKE, VEDEL JA GAASILINE ON AINE ERINEVAD OLEMISE VIISID EHK OLEKUD. SOOJUSE MÕJUL VÕIB AINE MINNA ÜHEST OLEKUST TEISE.

  5. Tahked ained TAHKED AINED ON NÄHTAVAD JA NEIL ON PÜSIV KUJU. Neid saab näha ja puudutada. Nad ei saa ise oma kuju muuta. Seda peab keegi teine tegema. KUJU MUUTMINE EI MUUDA AINE OMADUSI.

  6. Vedelad ained VEDELAD AINED ON NÄHTAVAD.NEIL POLE PÜSIVAT KUJU - NAD VOOLAVAD. VEDELIKUD VÕIVAD OMA KUJU MUUTA.VEDELIKKE SAAB KATSUDA, KUID NAD TEEVAD MÄRJAKS.

  7. Gaasilised ained GAASILISED AINED ON NÄHTAMATUD. NEIL POLE PÜSIVAT KUJU - NAD LEVIVAD IGAS SUUNAS GAASILISED AINED TÄIDAVAD KOGU RUUMI. GAASE EI SAA KATSUDA JA NAD EI TEE MEID MÄRJAKS.

  8. AINED SAAVAD MINNA ÜHEST OLEKUST TEISE. SEE TOIMUB SOOJUSE MÕJUL. AINEID SAAB KA SEGADA. SEGAMINE EI MUUDA AINETE OMADUSI. PALJU KERGEM ON AINEID KOKKU SEGADA KUI JÄLLE LAIALI LAHUTADA: LÕPP
