Analysis of Synergism, Additive Effects, and Antagonism in the Combination of NFV and BZ

Supplementary Table 1 displays CI simulations showing the spectrum of effect levels in NFV and BZ combinations. The CI values for experimental data are depicted through Fa-CI plots in Figures 1B and 1D. Supplementary Figures 1 to 6 provide detailed results on NFV and BZ combination studies in cell lines and xenograft tumor lysates, exploring synergistic, additive, or antagonistic effects.
