  1. MER/SUP 1 DOOR EVAPERATOR DRAIN PAN REPLACEMENT 1. Remove the (4) screws that secure the evaporator coil, using a 5/16” socket.

  2. 2. Remove the (4) screws that secure the fan panel. 3. Gently lift the coil out of its position with two hands. Place a bar or plate under it in order to support the coil above the box.

  3. 4. Lift the fan panel out from inside the drain pan and set it down on the outside of the pan. 5. Remove the drain hose from the pan tube. 6. Lift the end of the pan opposite the tube and pull the old drain pan out.

  4. 5. Insert the new drain pan into position, start by inserting the tube into the drain hole first. Assemble all other components back into place, following reverse order of disassembly.
