Enabling users to effectively maximise and manage finances Economic wellbeing • No. service users supported to claim the appropriate welfare benefit • No. of service users managed to reduce debt (including rent arrears)
Enable users to ensure that physical or mental health or self care improved or maximised and substance misuse is reduced 2. Being healthy • No of service users registering for and accessing appropriate primary healthcare • No of service users accessing mental health, drug or alcohol treatment programme
Enable users to ensure that their accommodation is sustained and secure? 3. Safety & security • Users who have received or threatened with eviction notice, ASBO before service was provided • Users who have received any warnings or eviction notices whilst support being provided • Users feel safe and secure following receipt of service
Enable user to combat isolation, participate in local community and/or behave with respect 4. Social & civic participation • Establishing and sustaining contact with external services groups/friends/family • Compliant with statutory orders and related processes • Engaging with addressing offending behaviour

Next steps • Subgroups currently working on definitions • Reconvene and commence pilot • Simple transitions form (completed by providers) for collection of data • Analysis to be carried out at St Andrew’s
Sub group recommendations- Enjoy & Achieve • Separate Training and Education from Work • Include unpaid work as community activity and move to Social and Civic Participation • Redefine outcome as “Undertake leisure, cultural or informal learning activity”
