  2. What is Copolyester? Polyester :Chain 구내조에 Ester Group( -COO- )을 갖는 Polymer의 총칭ex) PET, PEN, PBT 등 Copolyester : ester group을 가지면서 두 종류 이상의 monomer로 이루어진 Polymer ex) NOPLA, K-1, PETG, PCTG 등 Copolyester의 특징 1) 통상적으로 PET계 Copolymer를 지칭한다. 2) 비결정성(amorphous) Polymer로 높은 투명성을 가진다. 제3성분(IPA, CHDM...) 도입 : 분자 구조의 규칙성 저하 결정화 억제 결정성 비결정성

Injection Molding Condition of “K-1” • Drying • - “K-1”은 성형전에 충분한 건조를 필요로 합니다. • -건조 조건 : 3 ~ 6 hr at 110 ~ 140oC • * 필히 제습형 건조시 사용을 추전합니다 • Temperature settings • - Barrel : rear 180 ~ 240oC • middle 230 ~ 250oC • front 240 ~ 260oC • - Nozzle : 250 ~ 270oC • Mold Temperature : 10 ~ 15oC • - 냉각수(Chiller)을 사용시 더욱 고투명도의 제품을 얻을 수 있습니다.
