Job Satisfaction level of faculties in Private Universities

This study examines the job satisfaction levels of faculties in private universities, specifically focusing on Stamford University and United International University. The objective is to analyze the working environment, degree of satisfaction, job profile, and capabilities of the employees. The study also explores the organization culture and employee code of conduct at both universities. The findings reveal that employees at Stamford University are dissatisfied with their job, while employees at United International University are satisfied and motivated.
