+878 Numbers for Tests and Trials • ITU-T SG2 assigned the UPT code +878 878 to be used by TTT-Services until service introduction (22.11.00) • Number-blocks will be allocated to each participating Network Operator • Allocation proposals will be sent by the TTT-Services consortium to ITU-TSB www.ttt-services.org
Allocation proposals • Numbers shall have the format: +878 878 00000xxxx • Where xxxx is a four-digit number out of the range 0001 – 9999. www.ttt-services.org
International UPT Service • The international UPT Service offers global number portability. • UPT in addition enables access to telecomunication services while allowing personal mobility. • It enables each UPT user to participitate in a user-defined set of subscribed services • and to initiate and receive calls on the basis of a personalnetwork-transparent UPT number across multiple networks on any • fixed Terminal • mobile Terminal • IP-based Terminal • Calls to UTP users may also be made by non-UPT users.
