  1. WebEOC 7 Initial Login New User Login Process Logging into WebEOC Version 7 for the First Time County of San Diego, Office of Emergency Services

  2. Creating Your Login • Once you receive your WebEOC Position and Access Code from your WebEOC coordinator, use Internet Explorer to browse to https://www.aireoc.com/SanCoCa7 • Click on the “New User?” link to create a new account. County of San Diego, Office of Emergency Services

  3. Adding Your WebEOC Position Enter the Position Name and the Position Access Code and click on the “OK” button. Position Names and Position Access Codes can be obtained from your WebEOC coordinator. County of San Diego, Office of Emergency Services

  4. Adding Your Personal Information • Enter your First and Last Name (separated by a space), as the User Name a Password of your choice, and your business Email address. Then click on “Save”. . • There is no need to change the time zone. Remember your user name and password – you will need them again! County of San Diego, Office of Emergency Services

  5. Account Confirmation After clicking “Save” at the last page, you should see this confirmation screen. Clicking on “OK” here will allow you to pick a Position to log into. County of San Diego, Office of Emergency Services

  6. Adding Multiple Positions • Pick your position from the drop down list to login. -OR- • Register for another position, using the “Register for a Position” link on the login page

  7. Forgotten Username & Password • On the initial login screen, click the “Forgot Username/Password?” link. • WebEOC 7 will send your user name to the email address you registered. • WebEOC 7 can send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.

  8. Getting Help • Contact the WebEOC Coordinator for your agency. This person has a list of Position Names and Position Access Codes for your agency • If you are unsure about your coordinator, please contact the San Diego Office of Emergency Services at WebEOC@SDCounty.ca.gov
