  3. New Password • Cannot Contain First or Last Name • Length Must be between 12 and 20 • Must contain at least one number and one letter • Must contain one of these characters: • @ % * = + Changing Initial Password

  4. Secret Questions • Answer the Following: • Name of High School • Mother’s Maiden Name • Place of Birth Don’t Forget to Submit Secret Questions and Answers
