  1. LINFOMA NO HODGKIN NASAL Soria Checa, C; Meliá Casado, B; Pont Colomer, E; Aldasoro Martín, J. Hospital General de Castellón. Servicio ORL Mujer de 86 años remitida a nuestro servicio por presentar una lesión úlcero necrótica y supurativa a nivel nasal de 4 meses de evolución. Como antecedentes personales cabe destacar un LNH mamario en el año 2000 tratado con quimio y radioterapia y una demencia senil. Se realiza toma de muestra para biopsia de la lesión siendo informada la misma de Linfoma B de célula grande de alta actividad proliferativa. Con este resultado, se comenta el caso con hematología para continuar el estudio y tratamiento de la misma, siendo rechazado por la familia debido al estado clínico de la paciente.
