  5. AYP Notification Letters • Mailed 10/14 • To Superintendents with note to distribute to schools • Include • Username and password for logging on to Online Getting Results • Planning requirements by status • Due dates

  6. Navigating Online Getting Results October 26th from 10:00am-12:00pm or October 27th from 11:00am-1:00pm Elluminate at http://vclass.cciu.org

  7. Hot Issues • Warning schools • Districts with first time schools • Districts forwarding letters to schools • Copies to IU Execs were mailed 10/14 • Early birds • Online Getting Results will not be released until November 1st • Paper process that mirrors the online tool
